The Chianti is perfect for enjoying a good beef or a grilled entrecôte. Or with spicy, aromatic notes of wild boar, roe deer or pheasant. The wine exudes its aromas when accompanied with braised meat and pasta, in ragù, or with meat sauce.
Certainly the best combination for the red wine is a nice grilled meat platter and the Fiorentina.
Morellino is a full-bodied, not tannic to the nth degree, but with structure: so let’s choose red meats, Bistecca alla Fiorentina, ribollita, lamb kebabs, gnocchi with Bolognese, hamburgers, baked lasagna, truffle risotto, pasta Amatriciana, brisket, pulled pork. Palate: round and warm, slightly tannic and fresh. Bouquet: fine and typical of Morellino with fruity notes of marasca. Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
The Garbato is intense and persistent, with a good balance between the typical merlot fruity bouquet and the spices given by the wood
Glass: best enjoyed in a large tulip-shaped glass with curved-in rim.

Marche Sangiovese comes from a selection of Sangiovese grapes (100%) from the Marche region, cultivated according to the rules of organic farming. The colour is ruby red, with slight violet legs. Alcohol content: 12% vol.
