Colour: Pale straw yellow, clear and bright with a fine perlage Bouquet: Fruity with scents of apple and pear Palate: Fresh, harmonious, long and persistent flavor Food pairing: We suggest trying it with ethnic dishes, recipes of vegan cuisine, grilled vegetables and delicate salads Glass: best enjoyed in a large tulip-shaped glass with curved-in rim. Service temperature: 8 – 10 °C open bottle at moment of serving Storage: best enjoyed young, preferably within 12 – 18 Months. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place, away from light. Do not keep long in refrigerator. |

It is grown mainly in the Veneto region of Italy, traditionally in an area near Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the hills north of Treviso. |
